What is your return policy?

For physical design products you have 14 days to return an item. It must be in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.

For digital items that are downloaded these are non-refundable. If you have any questions though please feel free to reach out to us.

What types of files will I receive?

You will receive a combination of files ready for use in creative projects. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop file types include AI, PDF, EPS, JPG, PNG, and PSD files.

Art files are seamless tiling patterns and textures or in some cases they are placement prints, depending on what you purchase.

What kind of licenses do you offer?

We have licensing options to suit most use cases. We offer personal licenses for individuals and commercial licenses for businesses. Licenses can be purchased as non-exclusive, exclusive or partially exclusive as well. For more information about our licenses please visit the licensing page.

How do I use the site?

From the main shop page you can browse patterns and textures by style, design project type, collection and the kind of art files included. On the individual product page you can click through and find projects by file types and unique features. Search by keyword is also available from the top navigation bar.

Where is my order?

Once you make a purchase your order confirmation will be sent via email. If you do not see it please check the spam folder.

Your digital art files will be sent to you from our design concierge team shortly after purchase.

Physical design products will be printed and shipped to their destination within 5-6 days of purchase.
